Sometimes, you may want to change the region on your iPhone so that you can download an app from a different country. This is a great way to access content that isn’t available in your current location.
But changing the region on your Apple ID requires some preparations, like clearing out pending credit. In addition, you need to set up a payment method in the new country or region.
1. Go to Settings
If you want to change the region on your iPhone, you can do so by going to Settings. You can find the Settings icon on your Home Screen or App Library.
You can also use the Spotlight Search field to open Settings.
Before changing your country, make sure you download all your apps and media, complete or cancel subscriptions, and spend any store credit saved to your Apple ID.
2. Tap on Apple ID

4. Tap on View Apple ID

To do this, you’ll need to tap on View Apple ID.
Next, you’ll need to select a new country.
When you change the region, your payment and billing information will be updated for all Apple services linked to your account. You’ll also need to spend any store credit you have, cancel subscriptions, and make sure you have a valid payment method for the new country/region.
5. Tap on Country/Region
You can change region on an iPhone without logging out of your existing Apple ID. Simply tap on Country/Region and select a new country.

7. Tap on Agree

8. Tap on Next
