The Ladybird Group prides itself on a low staff turnover, with most teachers having a minimum Cache level 3 qualification or higher. Teachers are given a lot of support by the management team which helps with career progression, training and opportunities to learn new skills and ideas. The staff team is made up of 30 teachers and 10 teaching assistants, with each class having a teacher and an assistant. The centre has a fantastic facility including an outdoor playground, splash pool, role play area, bike track, yoga/soft play area and planting garden. The nursery also uses solar power to generate energy which has reduced the centre’s energy bills significantly.
